Mild, matured or extra-matured Gouda goat cheese; combined with delightful ingredients such as fenugreek, chilli, Italian herbs and spices, nettle, lavender or honey.
Dutch goat cheese
Dutch goat cheese forms the basis of our Chèvrano. The Gouda goat cheese is made of pasteurised milk from Dutch goats. To emphasise the exclusivity of this product, the Chèvrano bears the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI).
Ripening our Gouda goat cheese
After the cheese is produced, the ripening process for the flavour begins. This process takes place in our modern warehouse. Here, the cheese is placed on untreated wooden planks, where it can develop into to a mild, matured or extra-matured Dutch goat cheese under the watchful eye of our cheesemakers.
Gouda goat cheese specialties
In addition to the various age categories, our Dutch goat cheese also comes in different flavours. For example, our assortment contains a goat cheese with herbs like fenugreek and a goat cheese with honey. In addition to our goat cheese specialties, we also offer fresh goat cheese rolls. These rolls have an edible rind and a deliciously creamy, full flavour.
Our Chèvrano options
Our Gouda goat cheese is a versatile product, suitable for any time of day. For example, Chèvrano Mild and the fresh Chèvrano rolls are a delicious addition to your breakfast. The Chèvrano Matured is a treat on your sandwich during lunch, and any Chèvrano makes a great complement to your dinner. In addition, the Chèvrano XO and the Chèvrano with an extra ingredient such as lavender or Italian herbs and spices are an excellent accompaniment to drinks.
